Graveside services for Willie Ellen Lamb were held 2:00 PM, Saturday, Dec 28, 2013 at the Green Hill Cemetery in Lindsay with Pastor Alan McCoy officiating.

Ellen was born on Jun 4, 1944 in Portales, NM to the late Lem and Arrealue (Townley) Christian. She died Thursday, Dec 26, 2013 in Chickasha, at the age of 69. Ellen and Robert Nunn, Jr were married on Sept 4, 1959 in Wichita Falls, TX. On May 25, 1984, she and Oliver J. Lamb were married in Chickasha.

Ellen grew up and resided in the Chickasha area her entire life. She was a very loving mother whose world revolved around her daughter Rhonda. Ellen enjoyed visiting with family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a member of the Northside Full Gospel Holiness Church of Chickasha.

Survivors include her husband, Oliver; daughter, Rhonda (Nunn) Staggs and husband Stan of Lindsay; two grandsons, Joshua Staggs & wife Tami and Tony Staggs, all of Lindsay; two sisters, Juanita Pool & husband Edsel and Mary Ruth Manuel & husband Floyd; two brothers, Allen Christian & wife Phyllis and Lee Roy Christian and wife Janice, all of Chickasha; as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

Ellen was preceded in death by five brothers, Claude, Doyle, Henry, Kenneth & Clyde Christian; two sisters, Sylvia Word & Viola Mongold; and first husband, Robert, in Feb, 2002.
