Steve was born on Nov 2, 1953 in Oklahoma City to Cecil M. & Bettsey (Hilderbrand) Arismendez. He died Friday, May 10, 2013 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 59 years 6 months & 8 days.

Steve was a 1971 graduate of U.S. Grant High School in Oklahoma City. Steve moved to Ardmore in 1985 and remained until his death. Prior to failing health, he worked at the Best Buy Warehouse in Ardmore. Steve was an avid collector of LP records and in his spare time he enjoyed antiquing with Beverly. Steve was a friend of Bill W. for 28 years. He was affiliated with the Church of God in Oklahoma City.

Survivors include his loving and devoted companion of 24 years, Beverly Pence of Ardmore; his parents, Cecil & Bettsey Arismendez of Oklahoma City; two daughters, Brenda Pence of Davis and Barbara Hatton & her husband Brian of Broken Arrow; two brothers, Randy Arismendez of Oklahoma City and Mike Arismendez & wife Dawn of Moore; nieces & nephews, Randy, Natalie, Cecil & Zac Arismendez and Amber Seaton & husband Matt; as well as, five grandchildren, Kalyn Holden, Padyn Pence, Dustin Blevins & wife Samantha, Tyler Blevins and Reigan Sullivan and two great-grandchildren.
