Robin Lynne Charlton

Robin Lynne Charlton was born June 29, 1967, in Enid, OK, to Bill Ed and Martha Ellen (Jetton) Brown. She died Monday, April 14, 2025, in Sulphur, at the age of 57 years, 9 months and 16 days. Robin and Scott Anthony Charlton were united in marriage on July 8, 2006, in Edmond.

Robin grew up in Hennessy and El Reno, graduating from El Reno High School in 1985. After high school, Robin devoted her life to her family by being a stay-at-home mom, caring for her children. During that time, she also worked as a substitute schoolteacher.

After being out of school for several years, Robin attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University, where she earned a Doctorate's Degree in Pharmacy in 1999. She greatly enjoyed helping others stay healthy. Throughout her career in Pharmaceuticals, Robin worked with Walmart, Albertsons, Walgreens, CVS and the Chickasaw Nation Pharmacy in Ardmore. Her final years were spent with Optum RX, which she dearly loved.

Some of Robin's cherished enjoyments included sewing, doing arts & crafts and water skiing. After meeting Scott, she became an avid fan of dirt bikes and enjoyed riding with him and their friends. Robin also cherished her beloved pets. The couple had made their home in Davis, since 2013.

Survivors include her husband, Scott; her mother, Martha Brown; her two children, Mandy Gulley and Taylor Evans; granddaughter, Peri Gulley; brother, Andy Brown; several nieces, including Ashely Pruitt and Tatum Brown; as well as her beloved best friend, Theresa Waxlax.

Robin was preceded, in death, by her father, Bill Brown; one brother, Mike Brown; and best friend, Les Blackwell.

Cremation was "entrusted to" Hale's Funeral Home of Davis.
