Retha was born Jul 1, 1928 in Asher, OK to the late John Alva & Stella (Otis) Rice. She passed away Sunday, Mar 22, 2015 in Sulphur, at the age of 86 years 8 months & 21 days.
Retha grew up in Sulphur where she graduated from high school in 1944. She worked several years in the administration office at the Chickasaw National Recreation Area. In earlier years, Retha enjoyed traveling around the country.
Survivors include five cousins, Reba Irwin of Justin, TX, Vera Doolan, Mike Otis & Terry Otis, all of Sulphur and Leroy Otis of Davis.
