Ralph Wayne Judkins

Wayne Judkins was born March 10, 1940 to Theo and Alyne (Wheeler) Gumm in Hobart, Oklahoma. He died Sunday, October 14, 2012 in Sulphur, Oklahoma at the age of 72 years, 7 months and 4 days.

Wayne graduated from high school in California. He worked as a truck driver until retiring. He and Delores Ashley were married on March 2, 1985 in Amarillo, Texas. Wayne was a member of the Murray County Antique Tractor Club.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Alyne Litchfield; father, Theo Gumm; and brother, Larry Gumm.

Wayne is survived by his wife, Delores; daughters, Cindy McCrary of Collinsville Texas and Mary Ann Shupe of Tulsa, Oklahoma; sons, John “Duke” Judkins of McLean, Texas, Skeeter McEwen and wife, Sherry, of Amarillo, Texas, Kermit Ashley and wife, Julie, of O’Fallon, Missouri and Jeff Ashley and wife, Carrie, of Bulverde, Texas; brothers, Don Gumm and wife, Chrystal, of Grandbury, Texas and Skip Judkins and wife, Loretta, of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; sister, Sharon Hurley of Sulphur, Oklahoma; eighteen grandchildren: Mecca Grandle, Jenny Lane, Jared Goodwin, Caitlin Harper, Clifton McEwen, Colton McEwen, Ceyton McEwen, Austin Gentzel, Cody Hedge, Klayton Hedges, Chance Judkins, Cameron Judkins, Alexa Ashley, Nicole Ashley, Kassie Bond, Kaitlyn Ashley, Kailyn Maynard and McKenzie Ashley; and twelve great grandchildren.
