Louetta Faye Forman

Louetta Faye Foreman was born May 29, 1948 to Winfred J. Lewis and Elsie M. Williamson in Lawton, Oklahoma. She passed away Saturday, February 11, 2012 at the age of 63 years, 8 months and 12 day.

She was a homemaker and enjoyed working crossword puzzles, gardening and sewing. She especially enjoyed reading her Bible and attending Bible Study.

She is survived by one son, Robert Foreman of St. Louis, Missouri; brother, Alexander Lewis of Sulphur; sisters, Regina Lopez of Sulphur and Zelma Lanter of Davis, and several grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one son, Randy Foreman; her parents; two brothers, Jerry and Javin Lewis; and three sisters, Vera Kemp, Rowena Huff and Wilma Lewis.

Services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 15, 2012 at Hale’s Krien Memorial Chapel in Sulphur with Pastor Gene Wilson officiating.
