Lori was born on Dec 16, 1965 in Ardmore, OK to H.L. & Cheryl (Hunnings) Digby. She died Sunday, Apr 8, 2012 in Sulphur at the age of 46 years 3months and 22 days. Lori and Jeff Sager were united in marriage on July 9, 1992 in Birmingham, AL.
Lori attended Davis Schools and graduated high school at Trussville, AL in 1984. She later received an Associates degree in nursing from Jeff State Junior College in Alabama. Lori spent her career working as a LPN. In her spare time she enjoyed sewing, cross-stitching and scrapbooking. She was an avid stamp collector and loved to read. Of all the enjoyments in her life, Lori’s greatest love was that for her family. She was a very loving & devoted wife, mother, grandmother “Yaya”, daughter and sister.
Survivors include her husband Jeff; daughter, DeAnna Russell & husband George of Broken Arrow; son, Jarrod Sager of Ada; father, H.L. of Davis; mother, Cheryl of Birmingham; brother, Lee Digby of Davis; 6 sisters, Pat Conwell, Bonnie Flippo, Connie Kaderi, Michelle Jackson and Rhonda Smith all of Birmingham and Brenda Baggett of Arlington, TX; granddaughter, NaLora Russell; and was expecting her first grandson, Atticus Russell.
Serving as pallbearers will be Jarrod Sager, Mike Carroll, Royce Blevins, Jerad White, Blain Knapp and Dillon Baxter.
