Linda Jo Jameson

Linda Jo Jameson passed away Friday, February 09, 2018 at her home in Sulphur, OK. She was born July 7, 1953 to Gail and Ed Muir in El Reno, OK. Linda retired from General Motors in 2006 after 27 years of service, and moved to Lake Arbuckle, where she enjoyed many relaxing days on the water. An avid cook, she was happiest in her kitchen feeding those she loved. Anyone who walked into her home always left with a full belly, a care package for later, and the acknowledgement that they were above everything, deeply loved. She was an amazing mother and wife who touched many lives with her spirit of strength, resiliency and laughter. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kamy Lammons; and brothers Rusty and Fred Muir. She is survived by her love of 20 years, Danny Jameson; mother, Gail Zollars; father, Ed Muir; daughter, Misty Cornelius; son, Cody Cornelius; four grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends. Linda was a warrior who faced every challenge with a can-do spirit of perseverance that was contagious to all who knew her. Services for Linda will be private.
