Leona Reynolds

Leona Reynolds was born April 6, 1946 in Yuma, Arizona to William Ray and Lucille (Carlyle) Elrod. She passed away Tuesday, December 13, 2011 in Norman at the age of 65 years 8 months and 7 days.

Leona and Stoney Reynolds were married on March 2, 1964 in Sulphur. She was a homemaker who spent much of her time working on home improvements. She enjoyed painting and crafts and working in her flower garden. But most of all, she loved and enjoyed being with her grandchildren. Leona was a member of the Pentecostal Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband, Stoney; daughters: Margie Kennedy and husband, Frank, Donna Watterson and husband, Johnny, all of Sulphur, Margaret Baxter and husband, Danny, of Shattuck and Debbie Simmons and husband, James, of Sulphur; son, Link Reynolds of Sulphur; 14 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; as well as brothers and sisters.

Serving as pallbearers were: Johnny Watterson, James Simmons, Jason Kennedy, Jeremy Griffin, Seth Graves, Benny Wallace and Bobby Ruth.
