Kathy Lynn Beesley

Kathy was born Jan 16, 1954 in Houston, TX, to the late William & Shirley (Futch) Massingill. She died Monday, Oct 19, 2015 in Davis, at the age of 61 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. Kathy and Dean Beesley were married on Feb 19, 1971 in Tishomingo.

Kathy grew up in Houston and the Tishomingo area. After being married, she and Dean settled west of Davis, where they raised their daughters. Kathy worked for the Davis Public School System for 30+ years. While at Davis School, she worked in several areas including the Print Shop at the time of her retirement. Kathy was a very kind and quiet lady. In her spare time she enjoyed fishing, garage selling and decorating her home for every season. She was very devoted and supportive wife, mother and grandmother; as well an avid Davis Wolf fan.

Survivors include her husband Dean; two daughters, Elaine Ross & husband Joe and Shari Coberley & husband Todd, both of Hennepin; four grandchildren, Heather Ross, Matt Coberley, Dakota Coberley and Montana Riggle; as well as two sisters, Sharon Stevens of Lott, TX & Trudy Massingill of Cartwright, OK and one brother, Bill Massingill of Mannsville, OK.

In addition to her parents, Kathy was preceded in death by two brothers, Dean and Robert Massingill.
