Joyce was born Mar 11, 1923 in Okmulgee to the late Dan & Margaret (Crawford) Rogers. She died Friday, July 11, 2014 in Sulphur, at the age of 91 years. Joyce and Jack Wilbur Lee were married on Oct 15, 1942 in Okmulgee. He preceded her in death on Oct 6, 2000. Others preceding her in death include one son, Jerry Lee of Sulphur.
Joyce grew up in Henryetta where she graduated from high school in 1941. She and her family moved to Sulphur in 1960. In her spare time, she enjoyed sewing and spending time with family. Prior to failing health, Joyce attended the Midway Hill Baptist Church.
Survivors include two daughters, Gloria Alexander & husband Danny of Sulphur and Linda Romo & husband Rudy of Tulsa; two sons, Richard David Lee & wife Gayle of Georgetown, TX and Michael Lee & wife Melba of Hennepin; daughter-in-law, Renee Lee of Sulphur; eleven grandchildren, Toby McCall, Kendra McCall, Brittney Lee, Brandy Lee, Jerad Lee, Jason Lee, Ricky Lee, Jr, Amy Way, Channelle Lee, Jennifer Jones and Dwayne Mohr; as well as numerous great-grandchildren.
