Joseph Michael Anders

Joseph was born August 9, 2002 in Ada, OK to James Matthew and Rebecca Ann (Weldon) Anders. He died Thursday, November 26, 2020 in Reagan, OK at the age of 18 years, 3 months and 17 days.

Joseph grew up in the Mill Creek area, attending Mill Creek High School. At the time of his death, he was employed at the Mill Creek Snak-Shak. In school he was active in high school baseball. Joseph was a very artistic young man, always drawing. He enjoyed spending time with his friends, listening to music, hunting and fishing. He had a passion for driving and did so every opportunity he could find. Joseph will be forever remembered as a very happy, joyful individual with a heart full of love for his family and friends.

Survivors include his parents, Matt & Becky Anders; little brother, Jacob Anders, all of Reagan; maternal grandparents, Davy & Charlotte Weldon of Mill Creek and Patty Weldon of Mill Creek; paternal grandparents, Ruth and Andy Payne of Roff; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and close friends.

Joseph was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Alice (Counts) Weldon; and paternal grandfather, Joseph Victor Anders.
