Johnny Lee Todd

Funeral services for Johnny Lee Todd will be held 2:00PM, Monday, June 8, 2015 at the Dougherty Baptist Church with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating. Interment will follow at the Dougherty Cemetery.

Johnny was born Jan 30, 1960 in Antlers, OK to Shirley Joe “Buddy” and Minnie Christine (Sutterfield) Todd. He died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 in Davis, at the age of 55 years 4 months and 3 days.

Johnny grew up in Dougherty where he attended school. He lived his life being satisfied with just what he had. Johnny was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.

Survivors include his mother, Minnie Todd of Dougherty; son, Joseph Lee Todd & wife Venus H. of Sulphur Springs, TX; three grandchildren, Elijah Gregory Todd, Levi Hank Aaron Todd and Ember Rayne Todd; four sisters, Shirley Wiles, Mary Gibson, Jannie Jones & Velda Holden; one brother, David Todd; as well as numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.

Johnny was preceded in death by his father, Buddy Todd in Sept. 2003 and one brother, Edward Todd.
