Funeral services for Jimmy Jack Binderim will be held 2:00PM, Thursday, June 10, 2021, at the Central Church, south of Sulphur, with Brother Eddie Dye officiating. Interment will follow at the Buckhorn Cemetery.
Jimmy, better known by family and friends as “Bo” or “Jimbo”, was born February 20, 1967, in Oklahoma City to Dwain and Elsie (Maddox) Binderim. He died Sunday, June 6, 2021, in Sulphur, at the age of 54 years, 3 months 17 days.
Jimmy was a lifelong resident of Sulphur. Following his 1986 graduation from Sulphur High School, he studied welding at Vo-Tech. He had a great passion for welding and spent many years working in that industry. During his welding career, he did high rise welding construction, which he greatly enjoyed; as well as, spent several years welding in the petroleum industry and for J&I Manufacturing. In 2004, Jimmy was involved in a motor vehicle accident that left him disabled, forcing him into early retirement. In earlier years, he enjoyed fishing, weightlifting and searching for arrowheads.
Survivors include his loving parents, Dwain and Elsie Binderim; daughter, Ashely Haines; son, DJ Binderim; two grandchildren, Railey and Xavier; sister, Dwaina Pasarow; brother, Denny Binderim; as well as several nieces & nephews and a host of cousins.
