Services for Jerry Wayne Lampkin will be held 2:00PM, Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the Hale’s Memorial Chapel in Davis with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating.

Jerry was born September 16, 1960 in Lawton, OK to the late Paul & Nell (Billy) Lampkin. He died Sunday, May 26, 2019 in Ardmore, at the age of 58 years, 8 months and 10 days.

Jerry grew up in Davis. During high school, he was very active in sports, which he excelled in. He spent several years working at the Michelin Plant in Ardmore. In his spare time, he enjoyed reading and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

Survivors include two daughters, Heather Thomas of Moore and Cara Johnson & husband Travis of Sulphur; one son, Robert Lampkin and wife Jordan of Davis; three grandchildren, Shane Preast, Layla Lampkin and Haden Johnson; one sister, Paula Knighton of Sulphur; two brothers, James Lampkin & wife Amie of Washington, OK and Cotus Lampkin & wife Charl of Davis; as well as several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

In addition to his parents, Jerry was preceded in death by two sisters, Cindy and Ardena Lampkin.
