Jerry Lynn Coll

Jerry Lynn Coll was born February 28, 1953, in Wynnewood, to Glenn E. and Delma "Billie" (Noland) Coll. He passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024, in Davis, at the age of 71 years, 5 months and 26 days. He and the former Ms. Janet Lynne Richards were married on May 26, 1984, in Davis.

Jerry grew up in Davis, graduating from Davis High School, class of 1971. In 1973, he joined the United States Marine Corp, serving until 1977. Following an honorable discharge from the Marines, Jerry returned home to Davis and spent several years working in the oil field, prior to working 20 years at Curwood in Pauls Valley as an electrician, retiring in 2005. In his spare time, he enjoyed hunting and fishing. He also enjoyed vacationing with his family, which often included digging for diamonds.

Survivors include his wife, Janet; two sons, J.J. Coll and David Coll; four grandchildren, Jayden, Hailey, Niah and Noah Coll; his mother, Billie Coll; two brothers, Earl Coll & wife Darlene, and Larry Coll, all of Davis; as well as numerous nephews & cousins.

Jerry was preceded in death by his father, Glenn Coll and one brother, Terry Don Coll.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at the Green Hill Cemetery, in Davis, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr. officiating.

Services are "Entrusted to" Hale's Funeral Home of Davis.
