Jason Todd Starks was born in Ada, OK to Eddy and Debbie Starks on October 10, 1976. He fought hard, but passed away due to Covid complications, on September 8, 2021, in Marietta, OH. We want to thank the nurses and doctors that helped him for two weeks and were very comforting to our family.
Jason graduated from Yukon, (Ok) High School and then from OSU in OKC. He worked hard throughout his life and supported his daughter and mother. He was a consummate Cubs and Pearl Jam fan, which he got to enjoy many times with his cousin and great friend Scott Roberson. He enjoyed OU and Denver Broncos football and was the go-to for everyone when a trivia game broke out. One of his great passions was going to conventions with Gabrielle to meet celebrities and increase his Pops Collection. His Facebook posts of pictures and fun facts about how down to earth so many were at these conventions were always a joy to read and see.
Jason is survived by his daughter, Gabrielle, father and stepmother, Eddy and Lynda Starks, his brother Rich Bahner, sister-in-law Kelli, niece Bella, nephew Ray, and nephew-in-law Mike Neff. He also has many aunts, uncles, and numerous cousins. He was preceded in death by his mother, Debbie, both sets of grandparents, Vernon and Louise Starks, Joe and Margret Taylor, and aunt Vicky Lane Starks Turvey, uncles Connie Jack Roselius, and Tim Taylor.
He was always loving and passionate. He was a great friend to so many, a loving brother, uncle, and son. But his most important contribution was loving and being a father to Gabrielle!! His passing has created a hole in our hearts, and we will forever miss him!
