Funeral services for Jack Don Eldred will be held 10:00 AM, Wednesday, July 31, 2019 at the Dolberg Cemetery in Roff, with Pastor Willard McCartney, Jr officiating.

Jack was born April 22, 1941 in Sulphur to the late Earl Edwin & Dorothy Rhea (Eastin) Eldred. He died Friday, July 26, 2019 in Sulphur, at the age of 78 years, 3 months and 4 days. Jack and the former Ms. Mary Ellen Radford were married on September 27, 1978 in Stroud, OK. She preceded him in death on February 18, 2016.

Jack grew up in the Hickory community. He graduated from Roff High School in 1959. Jack spent his adult life owning and operating heavy equipment, retiring in 1998. Throughout his career, he worked very hard to provide a good life for his family. Jack was an avid outdoorsman, fishing every free minute he had.

Survivors include one son, Russell Eldred & wife Lori of Sulphur; one sister, Mary Roberson & husband Bob of Oak Grove; one brother, Joe Eldred and Lorene of Idabel; six grandchildren, Travis, Kristina, Tammi, Melissa, Amanda and Rusty; as several great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, Jack was preceded in death by one son, Ricky Eldred on December 11, 2018.
