J. C. “Buck” Coyle




Buck was born Jan 3, 1931 in Coyle Township, OK (N of Davis) to the late L. W. and Urcie (Stone) Coyle. He died Tuesday, October 6, 2015 in Ardmore, at the age of 84 years 9 months and 3 days.

Buck spent many years working as a truck driver, retiring from the Joe Brown Co after 20+ years. In his younger years, he spent most of his springs and summers in California working on family farms. Buck enjoyed gardening, fishing and raising chickens.

Buck is survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as numerous great nieces and nephews.

Buck was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Marvin “Bub”, Ivori “Shorty”, Burnice, Ida and Marie.
