HOBART HOPSON WAITS, JR




Hobart was born on Oct 2, 1945 in Covington, KY to the late Hobart and Martha (Branham) Waits. He passed away Monday, Oct 6, 2014, in Sulphur, OK at the age of 69. Hobart and Bonnie Lou E Norgaard were married on Oct 27, 1989 in Las Vegas, NV.

Hobart was a self-employed construction worker. He graduated from high school in Yellow Springs Ohio. Hobart served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He made his home in Wynnewood prior to moving to Five Lakes. Hobart was a life member of the arena Wisconsin VFW Post 9336.

Survivors include his wife Bonnie; daughters, Michelle Fore of Davis, Jennifer Riley of Hennepin; sons, Eugene Norgaard of Sulphur, Danny Mancini & Frank Mancini; stepson, Michael Norgaard; stepdaughter, Francine Grise; grandchildren, Buster Fore & wife Kim, Josh & Beth Fore and Dani Mills; sister, alberta Chapman; half-sister, Rosella Aspillaga; brothers, Joel Waits and Chuck Reid; and cousin, Ralph Branham of Davis.

Hobart was preceded in death by his parents; former wife, Susan (Collins) Waits; and two sisters, Cathy Wilson & Joan Waits.
