Gregory Wade Wright

March 6, 1963 — December 15, 2024

Gregory Wade "Greg" Wright, better known by all as "Greg" was born March 6, 1963, in Rochester, NY, to the late Clinton Carl Wright and Mildred Geralin (Mayes) VanBuskirk. He died on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at his home, west of Davis.

Much of Greg's youth was spent in the Elmore City and Davis areas. He spent 33 years working as a mechanic for P&M Wrecker Service in Davis, prior to working for C&C Backhoe Service. Greg was very much an outdoorsman, always enjoying the sport of hunting and fishing. He was a proud grandfather and cherished spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include his daughter, Anna Leboeuf & husband Joshua of Lake Charles, LA; son, Caleb Wright of Davis; four grandchildren; two sisters, Nancy Barnes & husband John of Katie, and Cherri Meadows of Elmore City; three brothers, Rickey Wright & wife Nesha of Elmore City, Mike Wright & wife Kim of Elmore City, and Shane VanBuskirk & wife Liz of Pauls Valley; uncle, Louie Mayes & wife Louise of Coeburn, VA; his best friend, Terry Bloodworth & wife Jenn; as well as the mother of his children, Tammy Bolding Wright.

A celebration of Greg's life will be announced in the near future.

Services are "Entrusted To" HALE'S Funeral Home of Davis, OK.
