FRANK HEATON, JR.

Frank Heaton. Jr. was born on July 27, 1923 in Waco, TX to Frank & Annie (Geurin) Heaton, Sr. He died Saturday, Nov 17, 2012 in Sulphur at the age of 89 years 3 months and 20 days. Frank and Gladys E. Corse were married on Jun 17, 1950 in Waco. She preceded him in death on May 12, 2006. Others preceding him in death include his parents and two brothers, John & Harvey Heaton.

Frank served in United States Army Air Corp during WWII. After his service to our country, he began a career in the Oil & Gas Industry. Frank worked for the Mobile Corporation from 1953 until his retirement in 1986. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. Prior to failing health, Frank was a devoted member of the First Baptist Church of Davis, where he served as a deacon.

Survivors include three daughters, Darlene Coll & husband Earl of Davis, Louise Parker & husband David of Ada and Judy Gibson & husband Bruce of Davis; four grandchildren, Eric Coll & wife Dena, Blake Gibson & wife Dana, Breanne Beratto & husband Garrett and Jordan Allen; five great grandchildren, Megan & Maci Coll, Ava Gibson and Taylor & Brock Bradley; as well as two brothers, Melvin and Tom Billy Heaton, both of Waco.

Viewing and visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov 20, from 5PM to 8PM at the funeral home. A private family service will be conducted at a later time.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to a charity of choice.
