Diane Jeannette Madewell

Diane Jeannette Madewell was born July 11, 1953 in Whitefish, Montana to Albert and Gloria Jeannette (Lowitz) Tillitson. She passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2020 in Pauls Valley, at the age of 66 years, 7 months and 2 days.

In earlier years, Diane resided in Montana, Missouri and California. In 1995, following her retirement from Madera Glass in Madera, CA, she moved to Oklahoma. Diane enjoyed reading the Bible and spending time with fellow believers, studying the word of God. She was a devoted grandmother and cherished spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. In her spare time, she also enjoyed crochetting and knitting.

Survivors include her three children, Billy Ray Rogers and wife Laura of Stratford, Jennifer Jeannette Henson and husband Jesse of Stratford and Angela Ellen Lopez and fiance’ Randy Sechrist of Sulphur; seven grandchildren, Christopher Rogers, Dana Rogers, Valerie Lopez, Angelica Lopez, Diana Wilcox, Patrick Henson and Jessica Henson; eigth great-grandchildren; as well as three sisters, Denise Rentarea, Barbara Edwards and Debra Perry, all of California.

Diane was preceded in death by her mother, Gloria Jeannete Miles; father, Albert Tillitson; son, Stanley Kenneth Rhein; step-son Chadwick Madewell and his wife Connie; and step-father, Leo Locklin Miles.

Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 22, 2020 at the Shepherd of the Hill Presbyterian Church, west of Sulphur.

Cremation services are entrusted to Hale’s Funeral Home of Sulphur.
