Cindy Lee Bluford

Cindy Lee (Ramey) Bluford was born October 19, 1960 at the Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, to James Joseph & Charlene Mae (Hartman) Ramey. She died Saturday, January 16, 2021 in Davis, at the age of 60.

Cindy was a graduate of Lawton High School. After high school she attended beauty college, prior to spending several years working as a home health aide. Cindy moved to Davis in 2015 to be near her mother and sister.

Cindy had a deep love for her family, which included her dogs. She was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers, Elvis and NASCAR. Cindy loved and cherished the many patients she had met and cared for throughout her time in home health.

Survivors include her sister, Benitia Beesley & husband R.O. of Davis; mother, Charlene Graphman of Davis; father, James Ramey of Ardmore; two brothers, Jimbo Ramey & wife Rhonda of El Reno and Pete Ramey & wife Teresa of Holland, IA; nieces & nephews, Hunter Beesley, Tony & Meara Ingram, Jamie & Frank Hoffman, Ericka Nail, Jessica & Matt Smith and Tiffany Wiles; as well as, nine great-nieces and nephews.
