Carol Jean Bullard

Carol was born April 8, 1944 in Oklahoma City to the late William Joseph & Betty Viola (Shipley) Phipps. She died Saturday, Oct 3, 2015 in Dougherty, at the age of 71 years 5 months & 25 days.

Carol grew up in the Sulphur area where she attended school. She spent much of her career working in the assembly department for Mercury Marine in Stillwater. In her spare time she enjoyed being with her family, crocheting and doing arts & crafts.

Survivors include two daughters, Ruth Payne & husband Andy of Fittstown, OK and Charlotte Vannoy & husband Jerry of Burneryville, OK; three sons, Michael Troy Beaver of Sulphur, Dean Edwin Beaver and Michael Adam Bullard, both of Dougherty; grandchildren, James Matthew Anders & wife Rebecca, Donna Beaver, Tosha Pierce, Aaron Meigs and Amber Meigs; great-grandchildren, Jacob & Joseph Anders, KC Delyn Beaver, Raven & Zeke Beaver, Devon & Logan Pierce, Jayden Johnson, Noah Beaver and Kinley Meigs; as well as, the father of her children, Troy Beaver of Dougherty.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Andrew Quinten Payne, Jerry Lee Vannoy, Aaron Dale Meigs, James Matthew Anders, Dustin Calhoun, David & Chuck Beaver.
